Dr. Ra Jong-Yil's talk on 31st October

There will be a lecture held by Dr. Ra Jong-Yil this Friday on 'The Discovery of the World - A Korean Perspective'. As he served many years as a high official in the South Korean government's national security sector, it would be a great opportunity to hear opinions of a political expert in the issues regarding North and South Korea.
